A Suede Bracelet

A bracelet plaited in suede cord with coconut buttons used as decoration and as a fastener.

1. Cut two pieces of suede cord; one measuring 70cm and one measuring 35cm. Double over the long piece of cord to make a loop. Glue the short cord underneath the loop. Tie a small piece of cord around and glue it onto the back.

2. Plait the three cords, keeping them flat.

3. Close in the same way as in the beginning. Cut off the two outer cords.

4. Glue or sew on a button at the end of the plaited bracelet for fastening with the loop.

5. Sew a large button in the middle of the bracelet.

Beautiful decorative Capiz Jewellery

Capiz shells and rocaille beads are put onto a ball head pin as well as a tassel in matching colours. These are assembled in a round jump ring and then pulled onto a leather cord or a french ear wire.

The really beautiful capiz shells with holes are unique, colourful; and with inspired designs they are ideal for fashionable jewellery. The tassel is made from mercerized cotton yarn which is wrapped around two fingers and assembled with a few rounds of yarn approx. 1cm from the top.

Plastic Masks with Gauze Bandage

These plastic masks are decorated with gauze bandage and painted with pigment acrylic paint and art metal gold paint. You may attach lametta by attaching it to the back of the mask using cloth tape.

1. Cut the gauze bandage into suitable pieces, moisten with water and place onto the plastic mask. Let it dry.

2. Paint the mask using pigment acrylic paint and complement the colour with art metal gold paint if you wish. Let it dry. You may attach lametta onto the back of the mask with cloth tape as extra decoration.
